Who makes FRAYLEI?
FRAYLEI is a small independent brand based in Michigan. Every design is original artwork, including our own story, The Unknown Wakening. We don't use copied logos or stock art.
How are the shirts made?
Every shirt is printed on demand, just for you, using direct-to-garment printing on quality cotton tees. Nothing sits in a warehouse, which means less waste and more designs.
How long will my order take?
Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–11 days of ordering. International orders take longer. You'll get a tracking email as soon as your order ships. See our Shipping Policy for details.
How much is shipping?

What size should I get?
Our tees have a classic, relaxed unisex fit. Measure a shirt you already love and compare it with our Size & Fit Guide. Because each shirt is made for you, we can't exchange for a different size, so please check before you order.
Can I return my order?
If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 30 days and we'll replace it or refund you for free. We can't accept returns for change of mind or wrong size picked. See our Refund Policy.
How do I care for my shirt?
Turn it inside out, wash cold with similar colors, and tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print. This keeps the artwork looking sharp for longer.
Why do the Unknown Wakening shirts only come in black?
The artwork is designed to fade into a black shirt, so the art looks printed right into the fabric. On other colors it wouldn't look the way it's meant to.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible. We can only change or cancel an order before it goes into production.
How do the monthly giveaways work?
We give away free FRAYLEI shirts at the end of every month. No purchase is necessary. Read the official giveaway rules and join our Discord so you don't miss a drawing.
