Welcome to FRAYLEI. By visiting fraylei.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site.

1. Who we are
This site is operated by FRAYLEI, 25862 W 6 Mile Rd, Redford Township, MI 48240, United States. Contact: kyle7157@fraylei.com.

2. Who can order
You must be 18 or older, or have a parent or guardian's permission, to place an order.

3. Products
Every item is made to order. We do our best to show colors and designs accurately, but your screen may display them slightly differently. Sizes are shown on each product page, so please check the size chart before ordering.

4. Prices and payment
Prices are in U.S. dollars and may change at any time. Payment is taken when you place your order. We may cancel an order if there is a pricing error or if we suspect fraud, and you'll be refunded in full.

5. Orders
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline it. Once an order is being processed it can't be changed or cancelled (see our Refund Policy).

6. Shipping and delivery
Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. See our Shipping Policy for details.

7. Returns and refunds
Our Refund Policy explains what we replace or refund. It forms part of these terms.

8. Discount codes
Codes like WELCOME10 are for one use per customer unless stated otherwise, can't be combined unless we say so, and have no cash value. We may end a code at any time.

9. Our artwork
All designs, illustrations, text and images on this site belong to FRAYLEI and are protected by copyright. You may not copy, reproduce, or sell them without our written permission. Buying a product gives you the product, not the rights to the artwork.

10. No affiliation
FRAYLEI is an independent brand. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by any video game, publisher or studio.

11. Using the site
Don't misuse the site, try to break or hack it, or use it for anything unlawful. We may block access if you do.

12. Reviews and messages
If you post a review or send us feedback, you allow us to use it on our site and in our marketing. Please keep it honest and respectful.

13. Disclaimer and limits of liability
The site is provided "as is." We can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the fullest extent the law allows, FRAYLEI isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. This doesn't limit any rights you have under consumer law.

15. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, United States.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page is the one that applies when you order.
