At FRAYLEI, every item is made to order just for you. That means orders aren't shipped the same day, but every piece is made fresh with care.

Delivery time: Most U.S. orders arrive within 7–11 days of ordering. International orders take longer, and delivery times vary by country.
Busy periods: during popular times like Halloween, Black Friday and the holidays, production can run busier than usual and your order may take a few extra days. Your delivery estimate is a guide, not a guarantee.
Shipping cost: $4.50 flat rate. Free shipping when you buy 2 or more tees. Your exact shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

 

Tracking: You'll get an email with tracking information once your order ships.
Multiple items: If you order more than one item, they may arrive in separate packages.
Your shipping address: Please double-check your address before you check out. Once an order has shipped, we can't redirect the package.

 

Late or missing orders: If your order hasn't arrived by the estimated delivery date, email kyle7157@fraylei.com and we'll look into it.
